Saints And Sinners

Isaiah 33
14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?

Above is God's message on the fate of sinners, followers of the Antichrist.

15 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.

This is God's message on the fate of God's saints. And, it highlights some pitfalls in a Christian's life.

In this passage we have God's message to the Hebrews of Isaiah's day and to Christians today. And the message, particularly the message to sinners, is easier to digest when it is wrappped in obtuse, complex layers of theology. This truth, is just painful to read....
